Spring: 1944 is a World War II based multiplayer Real Time Strategy game.
The music isn’t “March of the Soviet Tankists”, it is the theme OST from Command & Conquer: Red Alert game.
Looks nice, but too complicated get the game installed and working.
OMG – where is the infantry? Guided missiles in spring 1944. Which alternative history are this game.
All this is great but how the hell do you install and play it
The correct website is http://spring1944.net/
This video isn't really up to date, but of course the developers need to furnish new media to support their upcoming release. I've had an awful lot of fun playing 1944 through the Spring lobby, though the lack of single player campaigns remains a serious weakness. Still, this is one of the better RTS available, between the fear/suppression system, armour zones on units and supply dynamics. Not to mention deployment mode, where you can play with pre-alloted units.
